Peak Arnie isn't the normal human ideal. It's a freakish extreme that the vast majority consider going too far.

According to the guy in the picture, he did not use steroids to build his body either, but to retain muscle mass
The ideal each body is obviously seal shaped. That way you can just roll your fat ass from the beach bar to take a piss in the surf.
Now imagine the same seal, but with armor and claws. And a bunch of legs.
I think, that being able to towel of ones own back is pretty important in a beach body.
I see no difference
