Is what you’re describing CBT or…? There are so many kinds of therapy, every time I get to the “which one do I need” stage my anxiety takes over and I just have to shut the whole project down and it sits on the back burner for another set of months.

I last took classes at 36. Never got a degree though. I’d feel silly with where I am career-wise taking classes now, 11 years later.

Not very because I love them and want to help them with their bullshit.

That seems like an awfully biased headline for what they’re reporting as essentially “he said she said”.

Cambodia’s Ministry of National Defense denied the RTAF allegations, calling it “false information” in a statement on X.

I’m admittedly biased here but one of these statements feels awfully familiar
