How do they cut? I'd personally start with filing and setting the teeth and straightening, then if they work worry about getting them looking nice.

I've always seen Australia as a success story for gun control so am a bit skeptical that it needs changing. There's a decent argument that the balance was already found 30 years ago, but it's a complicated topic and tensions are high right now so whatever the right move is, it's less likely to be found during the period when a more knee-jerk response can override those considerations.

It's learning over time, with proficiency being the area under the line. It's describing having to learn a lot to achieve the same proficiency compared to something with a shallow learning curve.
