I enjoyed being exposed to new ideas, information, ways of thinking etc. probably could have found those things without the price tag.
You should also know that certain diagnosis can be used against you. Example of pilots licensing with the FAA can be jeopardized with a depression diagnosis for instance. Which isn’t to say don’t be forth coming, just balance that against risks.
