Nah, it's a very apt description for chauvinist liberals who uncritically buy into an American exceptionalist worldview and end up supporting fascist policies and movements out of "grim necessity" because they believe that doing so will bring back the mythical good old days (the 90s end of history). People who believe, even if they don't say it, in a softer and more polite version of western supremacy and butt heads with the open fascists over the latter's garish bloodlust and impropriety, while supporting the same systems and most of the same goals.

Lmao who is downvoting this, even if you don't like it there's zero argument against it
Me having been in the process of changing the need to change my ways:
They're all on a summer camp daytrip to Breenland for the duration of the story
Reddit loves having a singular figure to make the focus of an overly simplistic epic bacon mythology, and they've already run Teddy Roosevelt and Chuck Norris into the ground
I'm impressed by your openness and I hope you have a good day
I want evidence. Provide it to convince me.
Don't forget the 1918 Siberian Invasion! When freedom-loving America teamed up with Imperial Japan and 17 other countries to jump into the Russian civil war...on the side on the king. They don't teach us that one in school for some reason🤔 No Kings for me, Kings for thee.
What assholes, liberating millions of feudal peasants and modernizing an entire country and eliminating hunger and poverty and spreading literacy and giving women rights and revolutionizing agriculture and medicine and defeating the nazis and inventing space travel and supporting liberation movements around the world. What absolute pricks.
Edit: just saw you lower down being relatively chill
