Hold the tip as well as the grip, and take your time. Brace it against a flat piece like you're planing it and use that as a guide.

I'd be concerned about lint or micro plastic nylon (etc.) fibers in there. I doubt the lint filter is collecting 100% of the fibers before the warm moist air gets blown over the evaporator/condenser coils where condensate is collected.
And in ~11 years they'll be able to turn it on without asking permission because there's an emergency nearby
So much more than it seams.
Good luck with the nano. The batteries are a pain to get out after they've swelled up.
I was assuming it was a fancy cold plunge pool since there are 2 massive water chillers hooked up to it. But the 2nd photo makes it clear it's hyperbaric O2. The water chillers must be for climate control since you don't want any fans or anything else that may cause a spark in a high oxygen environment

The greater spread is only at longer distances, in close quarters it's negligible unless the barrel is cut all the way back to the tip of the cartridge.
More 'portability' also means less likely to snag in the reins/rigging when you're aiming from a stage coach, and much less barrel for a scofflaw to grab onto if they attempt to wrest it from you.
