I'm seeing my grandma and some extended family on Xmas eve. I got my grandma a framed pic of me and my horse. My grandma is super invested in me and my horse so I figured she'd like the pic.

Xmas day, I'm going to my parents house then I will give my dogs their presents (stuffed bones) once I get back. Then in the evening, I'll be giving my horse her gift (a big ol apple.)

On the 27th,I'll be going to a Friendsmas gathering. I'll be making my great grandma's corn casserole to take with me.

Then in early January I'll be doing my DND group secret Santa exchange.

Church concert. Family Christmas and then travel to the extended family Christmases.

Staying home with my family. Hoping that we'll have a roach free apartment after the people come in to do a treatment. Would be the best Christmas gift I could receive this year, and I think everyone in the unit could agree. Even better than what my sister-in-law has planned.

Zoning out, chasing comfort, eating cookies & drinking eggnog.

The plan was to stay home and have a quiet Christmas. Then both the parentals and parentals in law got sick, so now I'm driving/taking the train to two different countries and will spend the parts I'm not driving or looking after the above asleep (because I have chronic fatigue and post exertional malaise).

Just...gooning probably. Same thing I do every day. It's not really Christmas it's just December 25th.

I will be alone with the dog. So I am gonna make us some steak and play songs on guitar by the fire pit.

I take a long staycation every year. This year it's 11 days, but I'll go to the movies a lot, see a few museums, take myself out for a few meals, and mostly just relax.

The best part is no regimentation of my life for a good long while. I fly by the seat of my pants and do what I feel on a given day.

This will be the first year I won't go see my family and I'm very much looking forward to staying home. Finally went no contact after the election. Had one of the best Thanksgivings this year with my friends instead of my family.

I've been basically stranded over the Christmas period, and I tried to get an online chat thing going for people in a similar position. But it went nowhere. So I guess I'll celebrate with the wild birds that visit me daily. I have a great Christmas feast planned for them.

We will first eat too much and then we will play games until deep into the night, while hearing classical music.

I am currently on a dorm, and I absolutely hate being with people. I just feel uncomfortable 24/7 being around others, especially random people. Thankfully my roommate doesn't seem particularly social either - I didn't actually talk with him yet, and I've been here since the start of September.

Now the unfortunate part, he left for Christmas. That means I am alone. Hell, even others from the next room in our cell (2 rooms per bathroom) left. And instead of enjoying that break from others, no, I'll have to be with family. With my parents, at home, no own room, constantly on watch.

Unfortunately, I have no way to really stay here anyway, I can't wash my clothes here. There are washing machines, which sounds convenient, until you realize they only take contactless payment cards which is something I don't use (blocked) (only chip + PIN or cash). I literally have... let me check - 19x EUR 2 coins for vending machines. They could've had some of those.

Anyway, so, uh..., misery is what I am planning.

Eat with my mom, exchange gifts, visit other family, hopefully visit friends from high school. Some classic fairytale would be nice. Before / after have a walk to maintain health.
