Like teenagers, who run off social validation, suddenly feeling like they're excluded from their society

Kids are going to kill themselves.

And far more kids are going to develop complexes that they'll never recover from

Social isolation hits the brain like physical pain. We're hardwired to feel social isolation as trauma, logic can't save you from feeling like you've been cut off from your peers

This is going to be a shit show.

I'm not opposed to the idea that kids shouldn't have access to social media, but they obviously do. Their social lives are online, and their insecure little brains are going to scream that they've been kicked out of the tribe when you cut the link

The ban won't work, but will also cause a lot of damage

Highly authoritarian leftists

I agree with this, but just because I was around people my age with lots of free time

Freedom doesn't work when the people around you aren't free

I think that's a true statement, but again a little metric that does not accurately capture what makes a movie good or bad

Well the real problem is that what you're saying does exist to some extent, and it's a very easily controlled variable

So when execs and investors look at marvel, they learn the wrong lesson. Endgame threw in an insane number of expensive actors and made an insane amount of money

Instead of looking at the years of setup and buildup of characters in this grand artistic vision, they're working with spreadsheets to try to min-max the actor to box office numbers

It's why everything just keeping getting worse. The finance brained people are running the world, and you can always count on them to learn the wrong lesson

That's basically just how it is though. This meme is not at all supported by science

It's part of ki. Uniting your breath and your movements is actually huge - the other part is moving your muscle groups in unison

The two things combined give you an absurd effective strength multiplier
