Considering all stuff you can (privacy, free account slot), which one is better: MEGA, SeaFile, or another service? in c/asklemmy@lemmy.ml

Nextcloud is something that you can host yourself.

It's like using mega or something else except the server is being hosted (provided) by you and the files stored on your disks, not a remote "cloud" somewhere.
