Can a nation be considered to have achieved communism when it still has a hierarchy?
I can't relate to being disturbed by the idea that other creatures remember their own lives.
I think this may have to do with the fact that China regulates social media with regard to its effect on society, whereas it's the wild west in English-speaking countries. I don't agree with all of their criteria for regulating media, but I feel like there's probably a good middle-ground to be reached. It's well-documented how harmful social media has been to people of all ages.
It doesn't read like it's referencing homosexuality to me. Sucking someone's dick is commonly used to refer to sycophantic behavior. The idea is allowing yourself to be used by a socially dominant figure as a means of currying favor to better your own social position beneath them.
Like I don't think kissing ass has anything to do with people actually enjoying anal play.
I can't bring myself to be happy about it when it involves a bunch of innocent people suffering.
