They make good actuaries and my cousin with a math PHD designs efficient packaging which is apparently really fucking hard to do, way more complex than you'd expect

There are millions of refugees in europe, correct. That just isn't nearly as many people as you think. There can be millions of refugees in europe AND most people from war torn regions can be staying in their own or very nearby countries.

No one was calling you a nazi to be clear but your reaction to the original comment is weirdly defensive

I don't hate LLMs I hate how they are being used and what they are being used for. I am not a luddite (even if I jokingly claim to be) and do see value in LLMs for some uses. Just not the ones they are primarily being used for in America

Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand hands down. it's like normal economics except they stripped away the mask that makes it look human.

How does veganism propose we handle invasive species? Murder is the least ideal option but I know that in many cases this is considered best practice. Is it okay to eat an invasive species if they "have to" be killed anyway or is it preferable to leave their nutrients in the ecosystem they have invaded? These invasive species are usually our fault and would do far more harm to animals as a whole if left alone but does that give us the right to murder them?

I also have another question about hunting. I grew up in the American south where hunting deer is very common. I was always told that the hunt was necessary because if we did not reduce their population it would grow until it became unsustainable. At which point they would starve and do significant harm to the native ecosystem. How true is all this?

Sometimes I eat a bowl of roasted chickpeas and its pretty good. I've been noticing that a lot of my protein options like tofu and seitan aren't super high in calories. I'm trying to gain weight rn and it has been difficult as I have a very high metabolism and a small stomach. I eat beans and nuts because they fill that niche somewhat but I was curious if y'all had and recipes or advice. Thanks :D
