Smartwatches. Seriously, they are all working perfect one day, and next day they die. Wanna change the battery? Good luck keeping them out of the water, if you happen to find and replace the battery at all, which isn't cheap anyway.

A bit, sure, but this is ridiculous to me. Anyway, we'll soon know how important are balls to lead armed conflicts.

What are you talking about? You can write your own post, or even create a community, to talk about testicles, so-called bravery, and or all kinds of balls. I've read the answers, not dismissed anything.

That's not gonna settle anything. Someone here felt the need to explain to me that praising the balls of someone, even a woman, it's seen as a mean to praise bravery. No need to measure Zelensky's balls unless, of course, for science.

Several. Tetris, Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario World, Mario Kart 64, Chrono Trigger, Starcraft. Those are the ones I can think of right now.

I know where it comes from, but personally, I'd be more enthusiastic of praising his brains if I was in a similar situation.

I really don't like the way these people treated you and me, but it's an issue. I can attest the app is still working, doing its thing, but it's not worth the risk for me. I uninstalled it after reading the state of things in github, basically, the lack of trust to the current maintainer and their unwillingness to deal with this problem whatsoever.

If you still think it's worth for you, enjoy.

It's okay they think Maduro is a dictator. That's not a crazy idea, to be fair, but I believe it's a debatable idea, since parties in democracy may get overwhelming support, to the point, the leader of the State can accumulate enormous power. But I struggle to call it a dictatorship or an authoritarian regime, until they start changing laws so they can benefit from them directly without the stated support of the people by referendum. I honestly believe Maduro would have been out by now if it wasn't for the antagonism of the USA and their pets.

It's easier for me to call Bukele a dictator. He kind of bent the law, exercising his authoritarian faculties, so the authorities could "allow" him to have a license from his presidential duties in order to participate in presidential elections. How can anyone forget another symbolic fact? One time, in 2020, Bukele did enter the Legislative House guarded by soldiers and sat on the chair of the President of this power to make some speech. Dictators accommodate well enough to hegemonies since they will accept anything as long as they remain in power. They don't defend sovereignty, they just defend their position.

In the case of my country, we really can't be called a dictatorship, because reelection was banned by historical lessons. The USA plays a familiar game with us, they call it a narco state, instead. I wonder what's the third option in the CIA manual.

I also use synching-fork for Android. It works fine for me, too.

Instances are a big difference. Most interfaces, apps, clients for Lemmy will show you the instance (server) in which a user registered their account. There are kind of "instance wars" inside Lemmy, because, between these "wars" they believe an instance, in general, bears their flag and support some kind of ideology.

Please, talk to other users as people, no matter their instance, don't ever judge them for that.
