Bootlicker spotted

and causes writers to pack in so much plot and melodrama that it's exhausting to watch. Every second is packed too tightly , always trying to be EPIC.

I disagree, though I mainly watch anime so that's probably skewing things a bit.

With the transition to shorter seasons (12/13 episodes vs 24/25), I'm seeing MORE filler added because the studio tries to fit an arc that only needs 10 episodes to fill out 12. With a longer season, there's more room to play with pacing of various story arcs

Check and see if those books are published versions of webnovels. I find most (though not all) webnovel series have this problem, and I've seen a rise in web novels being converted to full books and audiobooks. I'm willing to bet it's less prevalent outside of webnovels due to normally needing to submit a manuscript to an editor first.

Unfortunately, many people can't tell the difference

I don't know, but apparently one major reason the US wasn't the second country to adopt the metric system is that the ship carrying the measuring equipment for Congress to assess was attacked by pirates

Now I'm thinking about all of the books (particularly The Bible) ~~pirated~~ transcribed in monasteries during the Middle Ages.

Reduction in population won't work - it'd cause a reduction in demand of products leading to reduction in need of work force. It would just spiral to a population of 0

Fyi, it's "their client" not "there client".

"Their" means an individual or group of individuals owns something.

"There" is referring to a place.

I'm not trying to be pedantic with this comment, based on your server I'm assuming English is a second language and wanted to help

Then wipe it with a paper towel when it's cool like a normal person

Eggs tend to cook rather well on cast iron so long as you use butter/tallow/fat/etc. and aren't scrambling them.

Unfortunately I scramble my eggs nowadays so I don't have much reason to use my cast iron pan anymore :(

The pans regularly get above boiling temperatures. They're sterile

FYI, you can wash cast iron with soap.

Only if you re-season it afterwards. Otherwise it starts to rust because the seasoning is what protects it from oxidation
