Damn you didn't stop peeing? My sincere commiserations brother/sister/sibling. I take diuretics too for heart failure but pretty much as soon as I got started on Metformin it stopped. Well outside of the days where I take my military grade kidney activator it's back to normal.

It's even weirder since you got the diabetes under control (many congratulations to you!)

Nope, nothing at all. To be honest it got caught at a very early stage before I could develop any neuropathy or anything but honestly apart from the tiredness of having to get up 3 times a night I did not feel a thing.

It all started in 2022 for me, when my 10,000 trips to the toilet a day peeing habit impeded my sleep. A quick trip to the gp and a stick in a sample later, I was told, yep, it's the 'beetus. I pee like a normal human being now. But gosh that was exhausting. I was borderline pre-diabetic for a while before that.
