The th sound is honestly a bit difficult. Three will end up sounding like either tree or free, but not three. Usually I just pronounce it as a slightly weird T. I have quite a Dutch accent anyways and that just something y'all will have to deal with ;p
A channel that's missing here which I personally really like is TimeGhost history and their other channels World War Two and The Korean War. Their coverage of world war two in real time (which they finished already) was especially great. I'm not necessarily the biggest history nerd, but there's something quite enjoyable about following history "live" this way.
I have no idea how it compares, but I did develop my own film for the first time using a plastic reel with Fomapan 100 medium format film. I had some practice with a 35mm test roll before and honestly had little issue getting the 120 film on the reel. Maybe 120 film is easier tho because of the piece of folded over tape at the end.
