They also buy oil. Remember oil needs to be refined.

I’m sorry that the truth makes you so mad.

Pam Bondi speaks on behalf of Trump and was quoted in the article:

The tanker, which transported oil from Venezuela and Iran, has been sanctioned by the U.S. for years “due to its involvement in an illicit oil shipping network supporting foreign terrorist organizations,”

The oil tanker was captured because it was sanctioned years ago under Biden for illegally delivering black market oil to Iran.

Iran was sanctioned for their contribution to the invasion and genocide in Ukraine.

Venezuela is trying to continue to provide black market oil to countries sanctioned for their contribution to the genocide in Ukraine.

Since you’re spamming this comment I’ll have to copy and paste the response.

It was headed to Cuba when it was captured. It had already transported oil to Iran. From the article:

The tanker, which transported oil from Venezuela and Iran, has been sanctioned by the U.S. for years “due to its involvement in an illicit oil shipping network supporting foreign terrorist organizations,”

This ship was sanctioned years ago under Biden not Trump.

You should read the article.

The fact that the oil from Venezuela was headed to Russia and Iran isn’t up for debate.

It’s pretty clear that you intend to defend the genocide in Ukraine.

The oil was headed to Iran and Russia. That is not up for debate. You’re a fool that is either tricked into or intentionally defending the genocide in Ukraine.

You’re not saying anything new just reinforcing what I said:

Venezuela is trying to supply black market oil to Russia and Iran after that oil was sanctioned because of the genocide in Ukraine.

The other guy is talking conspiracy theories. The oil was sanctioned and Venezuela still tried to supply it to profit off genocide. Of course the US is going to enforce the sanctions. This isn’t 5d chess.

Trump can’t be too blatant about his loyalty to Putin. Everytime his base starts to notice he does something to pretend he isn’t owned by Putin.

Lifting the blockade for Putin would be too blatant. He would lose followers.

The oil tankers from Venezuela were going to Russia and Iran illegallly after Russia and Iran were sanctioned for the invasion of Ukraine.

Venezuela is trying to supply black market oil to the countries invading Ukraine.

The US intercepted that illegal oil.

The invasion of Ukraine is a declaration of war and illegal.

Sanctioning Russia and Iran because of their illegal genocide in Ukraine is legal.
