how? don't you need to actually download and run some .exe .bat .cmd .msi etc etc to get some malware?

Sorry that I can't recommend you any brand, mine is old and bought from a local security company that bundles it with their own software - if you connect it to the internet you can get a live feed through their ddns https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamic_DNS#DDNS_for_security_appliance_manufacturers but the security is probably shit :P
I hope someone here shows up with good modern options.

It seems like you are looking for a DVR. I have one with 1tb HDD and eight 1080p cameras, because they only record when there is movement I can save over a month of footage before it starts rewriting.

"For web and desktop applications like WhatsApp Web, the directive provides for additional measures: users must be automatically logged out after six hours at the latest and re-authenticate via QR code"

My WhatsApp number is from a SIM I lost (for non-payment) about 5 years ago, so far the phone company didn't recycle the number so I'm still using it :P

Aren't they seeing all the urls you access?

Well, without a VPN your ISP sees every site you enter. I wasn't aware they might be selling that data for targeted ads, but it makes sense, why wouldn't them?

Despite their name, the Bolsheviks weren't the majority of the revolution. But there was a group that indeed took up arms against the Socialist State, it was the Bolsheviks, which represented only about 13% of the delegates for all the other socialist parties had way more people and support. After staging a coup and taking the control, every other group became a "terrorist cell". It's easy to be the majority when you murder the rest.

of non-bolsheviks*
They outlawed every communist/socialist/anarchist organization that wasn't them, and then, when there was no other party to kill, they started killing their own, but you are probably in the wrong instance to bring that up.
