I also think that it'll probably be a lower amount of moochers than you expect; they'll want to work, but it'll be doing things that our current society doesn't recognize as work, or work of value.
It'll be things like philosophy, art, poetry, tinkering, etc, which actually make life better for people but are difficult to turn into a profitable business.

I used their first names until I was 18.
When I went to college, nobody knew who I was talking about when I said their names, and it got me in the habit of saying "mom" and "dad", and it stuck.

My child, who is young, calls my wife and I by a rotating set of terms, like mom/dad, mommy/daddy, and our actual names. Same with the grandparents. There is no intention behind it, it's just whatever comes to mind first.
