There are people who did not get how these tariffs are bad. Imagine the stupidity.
If we had started in 2016 we could maybe do that now. Remember Krim happened in 2014. If we weren't a little slow we'd be there today.
I read that headline as "half the Europeans are stupid" that seems about right in my experience too
