Yes, there are nationalists events in nearly every country with big pictures of their leader, with varying prevalence and level of acceptance. In DPRK this is imposed. In some places that's normalized, but not imposed. In other places that's fringe and considered unhealthy level of adoration, and openly mocked, as it should be.

The monachy in the UK has the decorum but basically none of the power.

It's fair and even fun to mock the UK monarchy decorum, but there's no comparison between UK and DPRK in term of power held by the leader, and the level of totalitarism. The comparison in the post's image is so ludicrous, I seriously wonder if that's trolling, it's hard to imagine someone really believing that while being outside of North Korea and having free access to information.

There are opposition groups and even an anti-monarchy group in the UK and their members don't end up in prison camp for not being loyal to the royal family.

Both are display of nationalism.

Those two nations have very different political systems. One of the pictures include a large display to the glory of dear leader.

Gotta support alternatives such as Peertube, Nebula.. so there are nice places to find videos as YouTube becomes worse and worse.
