those views are considered heinous on many lemmy instances, that's why.
the lemmy hivemind is largely socialist/communist, or at least anti capitalist. it's also intolerate of anyone with moderate or conservative viewpoints on social and/or economic issues.
just accept that and ignore the haters. most instances desperately need more diversity in their viewpoints.
the good thing is unlike reddit, you won't be banned for having a different point of view.
I'm pretty sure 'hive mind' is a reddit thing
A big way Lemmy defers from Reddit: people who unironicly use the word "hive mind" are not to be taken seriously and you can just ignore them.
