As I see it, Corbyn is a fool, he too wanted out of EU, he just wanted it without taking responsibility for it.
I am so happy we have 12 parties in parliament to choose from, and I think only 3 of the party leaders are about as stupid as Corbyn and Theresa May, which were the only 2 significant party leaders in UK when they chose to leave EU, and none of them are as stupid and dishonest as Boris Johnson when he was tasked with "managing" UK getting out of EU.

British politicians are sub par IMO.

Theresa May wasn’t a party leader when we chose to leave the EU.

David Cameron was the leader of the Conservatives at the time of the referendum, the one who promised the referendum to get votes for his party, the one who greatly underestimated the fight that was needed to be able to stay in the EU and the one who ran away from the steaming pile of shit that he’d created.

Theresa "Brexit means Brexit" May wasn't leader during the referendum but as PM she chose the hardest Brexit possible to appease the fanatics and fucked us forever.

I can’t see how that’s true as she didn’t even get to a point where our own MPs agreed on what Brexit should be and didn’t have a big enough majority to push anything through. Then she proper fucked up by announcing a general election the result of which was that she had even less power.

In my view she simply wasn’t effective enough to have fucked us forever.

Check the Lancaster House speech where she set the most extreme conditions for departure I.e. Leaving the single market and customs union and the ECJ. Prior to this speech, there was no fixed idea about what the referendum meant in practice. After her speech there was no way back.
