Thinking about switching from MEGA to SeaFile, but they don't show how many space I have left on the free profile, and I kinda found this suspicious.

Are you just looking for file backup? I haven’t used it but most people just seem to be switching to NextCloud.

Nextcloud doesn't have a lot of space. I'm using it to an archiving blog. And yes, just file backup. Also, it seems to be unuseable in my front, it keeps saying an error happened.

Nextcloud is something that you can host yourself.

It's like using mega or something else except the server is being hosted (provided) by you and the files stored on your disks, not a remote "cloud" somewhere.

yep, but there is a problem:

Me and my brother share a small bedroom, so I can't have a computer, there is no space, how do I selfhost something on a mobile?

You can rent serverspace from a provider. Sort of selfhosting around a corner.
