Try not to think of it. Pop an AirPod in when you go to bed and play an audiobook or something.

(Edit: AirPod at the absolute minimum volume.)

Been dealing with tinnitus my whole life and the best thing you can do, in my experience, is mask it.

modern airpods might be better for it, but seriously watch out for your condition getting worse. i used earbuds to sleep for a number of years and my tinnitus kept getting worse until i started using a speaker instead.

maybe it’s different per person, but it’s advice i give anyone with tinnitus now just in case hahah

Good call. I have gen2 AirPods and I keep the volume to the minimum setting. Hard to tell if anything is getting worse since I have had it for as long as I can remember.
