Well... OK, since we're asking the question, they are the same conceptually, both being a call to religious observance generally.
Practically they are not the same, as the church bells should be ringing for service once per week, rather than multiple times per day.
So you don't live near a church, right?
Are you referring to church bells that ring for the time of day? I don't think that qualifies as a religious observance.
Angelus, ninth, ... Every day.
Ah, no, I've never been around any church that does that. That would be annoying too.
