Hi there!

I have these running on my RPi 4 with DietPi OS: -Jellyfin -Sonarr -Radarr -Prowlarr -Bazarr -qBittorrent -Jackett -Jellyseerr

Also, I have Real Debrid.

I am struggling with the setup. What should I do next? Any advice or suggestions? Do I have redundant programs? Does anybody know how to set up them?

Thanks in advance for your help :)

In the past I've chosen I've often kept AC3 audio tracks thinking that their substantially higher bitrates made them better than the AAC tracks I compared them to. As I've since learned that AAC can be comparable to AC3 at a substantially lower bitrate, to have a means of comparing the two codecs, what would the AAC-equivalent bitrates be for 224kbps and 640kbps AC3?

Warner Bros. Discovery is telling developers it plans to start “retiring” games published by its Adult Swim Games label, game makers who worked with the publisher tell Polygon. At least three games are under threat of being removed from Steam and other digital stores, with the fate of other games published by Adult Swim unclear.

The media conglomerate’s planned removal of those games echoes cuts from its film and television business; Warner Bros. Discovery infamously scrapped plans to release nearly complete movies Batgirl and Coyote vs. Acme, and removed multiple series from its streaming services. If Warner Bros. does go through with plans to delist Adult Swim’s games from Steam and digital console stores, 18 or more games could be affected.

News of the Warner Bros. plan to potentially pull Adult Swim’s games from Steam and the PlayStation Store was first reported by developer Owen Reedy, who released puzzle-adventure game Small Radios Big Televisions through the label in 2016. Reedy said on X Tuesday the game was being “retired” by Adult Swim Games’ owner. He responded to the company’s decision by making the Windows PC version of Small Radios Big Televisions available to download for free from his studio’s website.

Hi I've made a full archive of Yuzu. That would include all their Github issues, the git repo on its last version, the latest available release binaries from the Github page, and all of their progress reports from the Yuzu website. The progress reports are good for understanding the general work and weaving a narrative in your mind about the trajectory of the Yuzu project, and the Github issues can outline resolved issues and outstanding ones.

I do not include any illicit materials in my archive. If you seek keys, roms, firmware, etc, you won't find it here.

While I'm happy to share this torrent for basically as long as possible, I do not have port forwarding available. So if anyone wishes to have these materials and possibly has a seedbox, please assist! Also this is like the first time I've ever created a torrent, but I'm pretty sure I did it right.

P.S. I am completely unrelated to Yuzu team members. I'm just a saddened user like everyone else.

God I hope this isn't a stupid question to ask but how exactly do I send out cash? Do i need to add a return address and won't that defeat the purpose? I really just want to try the service for 2-3 months after that I'll probably switch over to the amazon vouchers since I don't want to deal with monero. I think I sent out an actual physical letter maybe twice in my life and all the research I done was for sending it out internationally ~~even though there's a us based address AFAIK~~ so I'm really a noob here and I appreciate any help you can provide.

Edit: Just want to apologize if this is really stupid to ask I feel like an absolute idiot right now, haha

Edit #2: Thank you all for your help think I got an understanding on what to do now

I don't think anything like this is listed in the Mega thread. Is there a good place to find high quality sample packs?

Saw this on mastodon and thought I'd share it here.

not being able to ctrl-F a textbook or have click-to-chapter links sure makes studying harder these days... and any scanning software worth it's salt will at least do the bare minimum OCR automatically...

Does anyone have good site recommendations for lossless files such as flac's specifically for music.

So there is this app claiming on-device iMessage functionality on Android. Seems cool but only has subscription based pricing. Does anyone know of a way to circumvent this?

Edit: I found this but it seems a bit dodgy

This is my small rant against the 'features' that big streaming services provided vis a vis the convenience of pirating the same thing.

I have a mobile data connection only where the carrier offers me free data for six hours post midnight. I can queue torrents on my phone(Yes, I torrent mainly on phone via Flud for Android) for downloading at night; then transfer the downloaded files to my laptop much later for viewing on a slightly larger screen. I couldn't have done the same with say, Amazon Prime Video. Even if I could get these streaming services to queue at certain time, due to DRM restrictions, the content would only remain playable on phone.

I know, my use case, is very unique and niche since most folks probably already have access to fast broadband networks. But Atleast, piracy, hasn't let go of my hand even for such use cases. I appreciate it.

Also, I am not sure Amazon Prime Video even goes above 720p on Firefox for Linux due to Widevine certification thing; the last time I tried I was running into issues, hence, I stopped bothering with it.

Seriously this was very surprising. I've been experimenting with GrayJay since it was announced and I largely think it's a pretty sweet app. I know there are concerns over how it isn't "true open source" but it's a hell of a lot more open than ReVanced. Plus, I like the general design and philosophy of the app.

I updated the YouTube backend recently and to my surprise and delight they had added support for SponsorBlock. However, when I went to enable it, it warned me "turning this on harms creators" and made me click a box before I could continue.

Bruh, you're literally an ad-blocking YouTube frontend. What kind of mental gymnastics does it take to be facilitating ad-blocking and then at the same time shame the end-user for using an extension which simply automates seeking ahead in videos. Are you seriously gonna tell me that even without Sponsorblock, if I skip ahead past the sponsored ad read in a video, that I'm "harming the creator"?

Some of us take it to our hearts to remember one of the most influential hacktivists <3

For that matter, I'd like to share a documentary about him: https://archive.org/details/TheInternetsOwnBoyTheStoryOfAaronSwartz

You can also get to know his legacy by reading the short Guerrilla Open Access Manifesto, available here: https://openlibrary.org/books/OL25421460M/Guerilla_Open_Access_Manifesto
